CTC Media is committed to the highest standards of Corporate Governance. Our Corporate Governance practices are designed to meet regulatory requirements and to provide effective control over the management of the company.
Our nine-strong Board includes professionals drawn from business, finance and media.
The Board has three committees: Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee.
The policies adopted by the company address subjects including business reporting, conflict of interest and insider trading. Our Corporate Governance guidelines describe the principles and practices that guide the Board of Directors. Our Code of Business Conduct is applied to all CTC Media employees and sets out principles of good corporate citizenship.
The company's By-laws provide one of the foundations documents for the company's governance.
