Mr. Kudryashov was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CTC Media in August 2008. He was the Chairman of the Board of Afisha Publishing House until 2005. During his career, Mr. Kudryashov also held senior executive positions in insurance and private equity. In 2002-2003, he served as restructuring CEO of NTV-Plus, Russia's leading multichannel satellite TV platform. In 1998, Mr. Kudryashov founded Afisha Publishing House, one of the most dynamic publishing start-ups in the last 10 years in Russia. Previously, he was one of the founding partners of Renaissance Capital, a Moscow-based investment bank. Mr. Kudryashov is a graduate in Economics from Moscow Finance Institute and did his post-graduate studies at London School of Economics. Member of the Russian Television Academy. Mr. Murugov heads CTC Channel – the flagship of CTC Media – and manages the operations of all CTC Media’s channels, including content creation, acquisition, and strategic programming.
Mr. Murugov has been working in media industry since 1998 and created a number of successful projects for ORT and RTR (two leading free-to-air Russian channels). He also served as Producer at REN TV Channel.
Vyacheslav Murugov joined CTC Media in 2005 as Head of CTC Channel Series Production Department, and in 2007 was appointed as CTC Channel Executive Producer. In the fall 2008, Mr. Murugov accepted the invitation to serve as General Director of CTC Media’s flagship CTC Channel while serving as Chief Content Officer of CTC Media.
Among the key Vyacheslav Murugov’s TV projects are: series Soldiers, Cadets, Ranetki, comedy show Thank God You Are Here, sitcoms Daddy’s Girls, 6 Frames, etc.
Mr. Murugov received a number of prestigious television awards, including the National Television Academy Award “TEFI-2008” - he received the awards in the “Movie/Series Producer” category, in the “Best Sitcom” category for the first original Russian sitcom Daddy’s Girls, in the “Best Comedy Show” category for Thank God You Are Here, and others. He also received “MTV Russia Movie Award-2008” in the “Best Series” category for Cadets.
Vyacheslav Murugov is a Member of the Russian Television Academy.

Mr. Podolsky joined CTC Media in December 2007. At CTC Media, Mr. Podolsky was actively involved in the process of the company’s structure and management reorganization and played a key role in negotiations for acquisition as well as in integration of CTC Media’s new television and production assets in Russia and the CIS. With direct involvement of Mr. Podolsky, CTC Media was rated the most transparent Russian company in 2008 by Standard & Poor’s.
Prior to joining CTC Media, Mr. Podolsky served as Director, Finance and Corporate Reporting of Mobile TeleSystems (MTS). While at MTS, he was instrumental in building a centralized finance function with both strategic and operational capabilities. Since March 2007, Mr. Podolsky was officially responsible for the tax, accounting and reporting functions at MTS.
From 1994 to 2004, he held numerous positions at Ernst & Young, including five years in Assurance and Compliance, Corporate Finance & Transaction Support – USA, where he provided audit and transaction support services for a number of global corporations.
Mr. Podolsky received a Masters in Economics, with Honors, from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Oregon.
